We will be honoring Prince’s life and legacy by offering time for reflection, community and celebration. Guests will have the opportunity to dedicate words of reflection in the heart of Paisley Park. This is followed by an exclusive presentation of Prince’s words of wisdom throughout the years. Finally, we will celebrate life through music and dance in the NPG Music Club. Special guest Lenka Paris, personal DJ and friend to Prince, will be providing the soundtrack to the evening.

You are invited to an evening at Paisley Park you will never forget, Love 2 The 9s. Guests will begin with a limited museum experience tailored specifically for a romantic evening. Following your tour, a three course dinner provided by People’s Organic will be served in the legendary Paisley Park Soundstage. Finally the evening’s entertainment, Love 2 The 9s, is an acoustic exploration of Prince’s genius catalog consisting a band featuring Tommy Barbarella and Julius Collins.

Paisley Park’s next edition of NPG Jazz will feature two musicians with a rich Prince history, Tommy Barbarella and Julius Collins. The live music series features local jazz artists in the NPG Music Club at Paisley Park.

Barbarella spent years touring the globe as the keyboardist in New Power Generation. Currently, he composes for the MN Orchestra and serves as a music director for St. Joan of Arc in Minneapolis.

Collins was managed by Prince in his band, Black Julius, and was the lead singer and one of the founders of local sensation Greazy Meal. He also performed as lead singer in Dr. Mambo's Combo. Act fast—tickets will not last long.

Filling the iconic NPG Music Club will be the sounds of a classic tenor sax and trombone frontline, vintage keyboard sounds in a funky, rare-groove setting with a romantic bent. Created by saxophonist Peter Vircks, Midnight Love merges good vibes with romantically themed music as a departure from heady musical challenges. As a member of the original incarnation of the New Power Generation, Tommy Barbarella worked closely with Prince for much of the 1990s. Tommy is joined by Julius Collins, the dynamic voice of their wildly popular band, Greazy Meal. They will explore the classic soul music that shaped them and take a deep dive into Prince’s catalog. Join us in the Paisley Park Soundstage as we resume the Paisley Park Cinema Series with Under the Cherry Moon, Prince’s directorial debut. Celebrating its 35th anniversary this year, this musical comedy-drama follows two con artists in the French Riviera and their attempt to win over a wealthy heiress. Opposite Prince, the film features former member of The Time Jerome Benton, and Kristin Scott Thomas in her feature film debut.

Join us in the Paisley Park Soundstage as we resume the Paisley Park Cinema Series with Summer of Soul (...Or, When the Revolution Could Not Be Televised). This unforgettable event includes a live Q&A with director and Prince enthusiast, Questlove, a film screening of Summer of Soul on the Paisley Park Soundstage, and a DJ set by Questlove.

On the fifth anniversary of the passing of the incomparable Prince, Paisley Park, his home and creative sanctuary, is opening its doors for fans to pay tribute and celebrate is life. The Paisley Park Atrium, 7801 Audubon Road, will be open for free visitation on Wednesday, April 21 from 9:00am – 9:00pm. Advance reservations are required.
