Paisley Park 2026 Prince Celebration: 10 Year Celebration of Life SWEEPSTAKES 

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

Paisley Park Operations, LLC, with a principal place of business at 7801 Audubon Road, Chanhassen, MN 55317 (“Sponsor”), is the sponsor of the Paisley Park 2026 Prince Celebration: 10 Year Celebration of Life Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). 

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the following countries: United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mexico, Chile, and South Africa, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The selected potential winner may be required to provide proof of age and legal U.S. residency or legal residency in a qualifying country to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award. Employees of the PRN Entities (as defined below) or the employees of the Metropolitan Airports Commission, along with their family members, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, managers, agents and their advertising, Sweepstakes and production agencies are not eligible to enter. 

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time on [DATE03/10/2026] and ends at 11:59:59 AM Central Time on [DATE04/10/2026] (the “Promotion Period”).  Sponsor’s’ computer is the official timekeeping device.  Eligible entries will only be accepted during the Promotion Period. 

4. HOW TO ENTER:

Website Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period, eligible participants must: (i) visit http://www. paisleypark.com/celebration-2026-sweepstakes and (ii) fill out the entry form in its entirety (“Eligible Entries”).  

Alternate Method - Mail-in (No Purchase Necessary): Hand-print your name, address, phone, email address and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in a properly stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [DATE04/042026] and received by [DATE04/09/2026]. By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) total entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Mechanically reproduced, automated, or bulk entries are prohibited.  Proof of entry submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by a participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in these Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human errors that may occur in the processing of entries. Incomplete, duplicate, mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed void. Entries containing inappropriate material or language, including profanity, will be disqualified. 

5. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES AND DECISIONS

By entering in the Sweepstakes, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of participants and winner(s), and the awarding of prizes), which are final and binding in all respects.   

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive: 

1. the following Prince-branded items: Blanket, Pillow & Eye Mask, Bag, Water bottle, Umbrella, The Beautiful Ones, Bomber Jacket, T-Shirt, “Celebration” T-Shirt, Keychain, Buttons, Stickers, and two pairs of Socks, and   

2. Four (4) VIP Tickets to 2026 Prince Celebration: 10 Year Celebration of Life  

(together, the “Prize”).  

The retail value of the Prize is $5,702.95.  VIP Tickets do not include transportation or accommodations.  No substitution, assignment, refund or transfer of a Prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or a component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof) of greater or equal value, including cash, if Prize (or component thereof) is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  The value of the Prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the maximum retail value thereof.  No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. The Prize and all components are awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Sponsor or for which Sponsor shall be liable.  PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS-IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRES OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

7. SELECTION; ODDS OF WINNING; NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about [Date04/13/2026] from among all eligible entries received.  The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.  The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within [5] business days of the random drawing.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within [5] business days, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.  The Prize will be sent to winner within thirty (30) days of the drawing. 

8. PRIZE CONDITIONS

The winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.   The potential winner may be required to execute and return: a) a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility; b) a Liability Release; c) a Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law); or d) any other forms as provided and requested. All requested forms must be returned by [DATE04/21/26]. If the potential winner cannot be contacted with five (5) business days of the first attempt to contact, or if any potential winner fails to return the forms required within the specified time, or if any Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if any potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.  Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and international taxes associated with receipt of the Prize. U.S. winners may be issued an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.  

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS:

The provision of the Prize being offered is subject to winner’s compliance with all of the terms and conditions set forth on and in connection with the tickets to the 2026 Prince Celebration: 10 Year Celebration of Life, including, without limitation, compliance with  Paisley Park’s Visiting Guidelines found at  https://www.paisleypark.com/faq#visiting-guidelines and the  Paisley Park’s Operations, Inc /Ticketing terms found at https://www.paisleypark.com/faq#ticketing. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place, or if any Prize cannot be awarded due to delays, interruptions or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government, or other events outside of the reasonable control of Sponsor. If, for any reason Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which, in its sole determination, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend Sweepstakes or any part of the Sweepstakes. 

10. PUBLICITY: 

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s (and its designees’, successors’, and assigns’) use of your name, biography, likeness, voice, photographs, video, opinions, statements, hometown, state, and country for promotional purposes in any manner or media (including, without limitation, online), worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment, consideration, review, or consent. 

11. RELEASE; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby fully and irrevocably releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, and each of its respective parent companies, affiliates (including the PRN Entities, as defined below), subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, owners, managers, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of or related to: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) entry submission or inability to enter; (c) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize; or (d) any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries or entry material.  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes. In all events, the Released Parties’ total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the prize awarded to the entrant, if any.  Entrants waive any right to claim attorneys’ fees, costs, or expenses, and waive any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. 

12. PRIVACY AND USE OF DATA:   

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at http://www.paisleypark.com/privacy-policy and will be used for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and to contact entrant at a later date in connection with products or services that may be of interest to entrant. In addition, information collected from entrants will be shared with the Metropolitan Airports Commission. Once transferred, such the information will be subject to the Metropolitan Airports Commission’s Privacy Policy, not Sponsor’s.  By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to your provided information being shared with the Metropolitan Airports Commission, and you consent to receive promotional and informational emails from Sponsor and the Metropolitan Airports Commission. When you enter at the Entry Page, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and information about Sponsor, as well as about the Metropolitan Airports Commission. Consenting to receive such emails is required for entry and in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Consent to receive promotional emails from Sponsor is also consent to transfer of your contact information to the Metropolitan Airports Commission. Once your information is transferred to the Metropolitan Airports Commission, use of the information will be governed by the Metropolitan Airports Commission’s Privacy Policy, not Sponsor’s. 

13. ADMINISTRATION; GOVERNING LAW:

Subject to mandatory local laws, this sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota.  By entering, entrant agrees to follow the Official Rules and hold harmless and indemnify Paisley Park Operations, LLC and its affiliated entities Paisley Park Enterprises, LLC, NPG Records, LLC, NPG Music Publishing, LLC, Paisley Park Facility, LLC, PRN IP LLC, and PRN Real Estate LLC (together, the “PRN Entities”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, managers, employees, and agents against liability, damages or causes of action (however names or described), with respect to or arising out of either (1) entrants’ participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the Prize awarded in the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Sweepstakes is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Official Rules or any other questions concerning this Sweepstakes will be resolved at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. ILLEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITED BY LAW.  Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within Hennepin County, Minnesota. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts and hereby submits to the jurisdiction of these courts.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota. 

14. INTERNATIONAL PRIZE RESPONSIBILITY:

Taxes and Legal Compliance: Any and all federal, state, provincial, local, and international taxes, duties, fees, and other costs associated with the acceptance and/or use of prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to withhold and remit any taxes or other amounts required by applicable law, which may reduce the prize value.  

Local Requirements: Prize awards are subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the winner’s jurisdiction. Winners are responsible for meeting these requirements and for any additional costs incurred.  Failure to comply with local laws may result in forfeiture of the Prize. 

15. WINNER’S LIST

To request the name of the Sweepstakes winner or these rules, send a self-addressed postage-stamped envelope to Paisley Park 2026 Prince Celebration: 10 Year Celebration of Life Sweepstakes – Winner’s List Request, c/o Paisley Park, 7801 Audubon Road, Chanhassen, MN 55317. All such requests must be received by [DATE06/03/2026], by 12:00:00 PM ETCST.
