Black Fashion Week MN: Design of the Times

You are invited to Design of the Times, a Black Fashion Week Minnesota event hosted in the legendary Soundstage at Paisley Park. Join us for a memorable night of fashion, music, and a Q&A panel with a special guest designer, Debbie McGuan. There are two ticket options available, VIP and General Admission. A VIP ticket holder will have access to on site parking, premiere seating, an invitation to the VIP Exclusive Afterparty in the NPG Music Club and a curated swag bag to take home. General admission ticket holders will have access to the Q&A Panel and the fashion show. Off site parking details will be communicated prior to the event.

About Black Fashion Week Minnesota
Black Fashion Week MN is an organization created "to showcase talented and creative Black, Indigenous people of color." Now in its fifth year, BFWMN continues to give a platform to talented creators and artists throughout the state of Minnesota. This year, Morrie’s is not only an official sponsor, but will also be providing Morrie’s Fashion Forward Scholarship to provide opportunities for developing designers to further their craft. For this event, we will require proof of a full series of Covid-19 vaccination or proof of a negative Covid-19 test taken in the prior 72 hours. Masks also must be worn by all staff and attendees, at all times.

Proof of vaccination may include a physical card or a photo of a complete vaccination card that matches the patron ID. Proof of a negative test may be a printed or digital test result that matches the patron ID. Children under 12, who cannot be vaccinated, can show a negative test to attend. People with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination can attend with proof of a recent negative Covid-19 test.

Taking this step ensures the safety of our staff and visitors and minimizes risk and the spread of the virus.

On site parking is reserved for VIP ticket holders only.
